I am interested in attending the Frolic meeting tonight, but would like to do so as an observer. I have been working on creating a non-profit and would like to take a look at different models for conducting meetings. Brendan tells me that the process that you all use seems to work well. I would welcome any input regarding your experiences of this process. Also, if anyone has been involved with the creation of a a non-profit including getting 501(c)3 status, etc ., I would welcome suggestions, etc. My intention with this non-profit is to create an organization to house grants for projects that reconnect people to plants thereby supporting biodiversity, human health and mutual relationship(co-creative partnerships). We are currently seeking a person who is passionate about plants (and humans) and well, numbers, to be the treasurer. Anyone interested?
